In December 2017 the Dubuque Eats Well Coalition recommended the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors create a food policy council, pursuant to a 2016 Greater Dubuque Food and Health Needs Assessment.

The Council and its initial co-chairs shall be appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The council shall develop permanent membership provisions, by-laws, guidelines and operating procedures for recommendation to and approval by the Board of Supervisors.  If you are interested in joining the food policy council, please complete and return both applications to
